OP15 Warranty Guide

This guide breaks down what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a claim, so you can focus on enjoying the great outdoors.

Welcome to the Opus Camper USA family! Your OP15 off-road camper comes with a warranty to give you peace of mind on every adventure. This guide breaks down what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a claim, so you can focus on enjoying the great outdoors. Let’s explore your warranty details!

What’s Covered Under Your OP15 Warranty

Your OP15 is built to last, and the warranty reflects that confidence. Here’s what’s included:

  • Seals: Enjoy 90 days of coverage for the finned rubber seals on panels and lids, keeping water out.
  • Fittings, Fixtures, Canvas, and Poles: Get 12 months of protection for components like the inflatable roof, kitchen fittings, and support poles.
  • Suspension and Structural Parts: Rest easy with 60 months of coverage for the chassis, suspension, and main frame—the backbone of your OP15.

This warranty starts from your purchase date, so keep your receipt handy!

What’s Not Covered

While the warranty offers great protection, some situations are excluded to ensure fair use:

  • Misuse or Modifications: Damage from using your OP15 in unintended ways (e.g., extreme off-road racing) or after unauthorized changes isn’t covered.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear from regular use, like faded canvas from sun exposure, falls outside warranty.
  • Accidents or Neglect: Cracks from collisions or failure to maintain (e.g., not cleaning seals) aren’t included.
  • Environmental Damage: Issues from extreme weather, floods, or pests (e.g., chewed wires) are your responsibility.

Following the user manual’s care instructions helps avoid these exclusions and keeps your OP15 in top shape.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If something goes wrong, here’s how to get support:

  • Contact Your Dealer: Reach out to the dealership where you bought your OP15. They’ll guide you and may handle repairs.
  • Provide Proof: Have your purchase receipt or warranty registration (completed by your dealer) ready. Keep records of any maintenance or issues.
  • Warranty Limits: The warranty is for the original owner and covers recreational use only—not commercial or rental purposes.

If your dealer can’t assist, or you’re traveling, contact us directly at Opus Camper USA.

Tips for Maximizing Your Warranty

  • Regular Maintenance: Check brakes, seals, and the roof as outlined in the Maintenance Guide to prevent issues.
  • Document Everything: Take photos or videos of any problems and save repair invoices to support your claim.
  • Act Promptly: Report issues within the coverage period to avoid delays.
